Sweet & Simple Ice Cream Pie by Turkey Hill Dairy
Ingredients
1 Cup, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup, Margarine
2 Tablespoons, Light Corn Syrup divided
2 Generous Cups, Crispy Rice Cereal
1 Container (46 oz), Turkey Hill Ice Cream
Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips and margarine. Set aside 1 tablespoon.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon corn syrup and the cereal to the larger portion. Press into greased 9-inch metal pie pan.
Step 3
Stir remaining corn syrup into the reserved chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Fill crust with Turkey Hill ice cream and drizzle with chocolate.
Step 5
Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight.
Step 6
Let soften breifly, then transfer to a glass pie plate for easier slicing.
