Alexa serves as President of Business and Operations at Celebrate Arkansas, overseeing strategic growth, partnerships, and brand development across the organization. With nearly a decade of experience in creative management and a strong foundation in healthcare, education, technology, and retail industries, she brings a dynamic understanding of both business and community needs. Holding a Masters Degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Alexa also lends her expertise through advisory board participation, helping guide initiatives that drive innovation and meaningful regional impact.

Justin Froning

A University of Arkansas graduate, Justin has regularly participated in local panels focused on media and design, sharing insights on creativity, visual communication, and the evolving role of design in modern publishing.
