We’re combining the charm & excitement of an old-fashioned train ride through the picturesque Ozark hills with a five-course Mediterranean feast from local chefs and the owners of Persephone on Wheels. The event will feature live music from local artist Amber Sterling. Tickets include cost of roundtrip excursion from downtown Springdale to Winslow, the meal, and local beer and wine.

The 9th annual Springdale Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be held Thursday, May, 3rd, in conjunction with National Day of Prayer events celebrated across the country that day. The event will be from 6:30 – 8:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Springdale (206 W. Johnson Ave. Springdale, AR).

The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is a non-denominational event that includes music, scripture reading and prayer from community leaders and pastors. The event opens up at 6:30 a.m. with a full-breakfast buffet. The program starts at 7:00 am and concludes at 8:00 am. Doors open at 6:00am.
