The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is pleased to announce the annual A Vintage Affair for MS event will take place Friday, March 31st at 7 pm at the beautiful Sassafras Springs Vineyard.
A Vintage Affair for MS will honor Dr. Michael Morse, neurologist at MANA (Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas), and recognize his commitment to creating a world free of MS.
A Vintage Affair for MS celebrates local philanthropic leaders and inspires the community to do something about MS, because together we are stronger than MS. This event features silent and live auctions, wine tastings, and full service dinner in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Each guest will be served a flight board of wines to try at their place setting! Funds raised will support the National MS Society's work to mobilize people and resources so that everyone affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost and end MS forever.

At one point, Arkansas was number one in the country for food insecurity. Now the state has a new distinction: the largest increase in the number of summer meals served to kids facing hunger of any state in the country. In 2013, Arkansas children were served over 4 million meals, an increase of 1.6 million meals over the previous summer. And in 2014, Team No Kid Hungry in Arkansas reached all 75 state counties with free summer meals for the first time in history. Thanks to the efforts of No Kid Hungry Arkansas, the state government's energetic support, and the dedication of our many partners on the ground, we're ending hunger in Arkansas. The success of Arkansas is a testament to the No Kid Hungry model -- with the right mix of political will, private sector support and community engagement we can end childhood hunger in America today.

Ready for the ride of a lifetime?
The Bike MS: Rock'n Hot Ride is a 2-day fundraising cycling event. The ride is a 126-mile journey from North Little Rock to Ponce De Leon Center in Hot Springs Village and back. The routes include fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles, a great lunch stop each day, and safety provided by volunteer nurses, HAM radio operators, law enforcement, and motorcycle escorts. The ride begins Saturday morning at Garver in North Little Rock. Riders will travel through Central Arkansas, where they will enjoy some of Arkansas' most scenic views, and end at Ponce De Leon Center in Hot Springs Village. Day Two begins with a hearty breakfast before heading back to Little Rock and the 2017 Finish Line.
Your participation will drive MS research forward faster, and deliver services to those who face the challenges of MS every day so they can live their best lives.

The Bill Fleeman Gentlemen of Distinction Gala is an annual fundraising event benefiting families served through Hope Cancer Resources. The highlight of the evening is the men’s fashion show featuring local gentlemen in support of patient services and community education in Northwest Arkansas. The night will also include a live auction, silent auction and the presentation of the Bill Fleeman Gentleman of Distinction Award given to a local gentleman who has made a difference in the treatment and/or support of cancer patients in our community.
