Priceless Nights.JPG

Pay-as-you-wish Priceless Nights at the Amazeum will continue until the end of the year on most Wednesdays from 4:00 to 7:30 pm. These evenings are a great way to introduce yourself to the Amazeum and discover what is available to engage students and families in learning about STEAM.

Priceless Nights are also an excellent way to provide access to families for whom life circumstances make a visit during regular hours unfeasible. Priceless Nights are every Wednesday except for September 6, and November 22.

The Bill Fleeman Gentlemen of Distinction Gala is an annual fundraising event benefiting families served through Hope Cancer Resources. The highlight of the evening is the men’s fashion show featuring local gentlemen in support of patient services and community education in Northwest Arkansas. The night will also include a live auction, silent auction and the presentation of the Bill Fleeman Gentleman of Distinction Award given to a local gentleman who has made a difference in the treatment and/or support of cancer patients in our community. The 14th Annual Gentlemen of Distinction will take place Friday, October 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers.

WHO? Anyone who enjoys riding a bike and wants to support cancer-care in our community. Families are welcome to participate together!

WHAT? HOG Ride On is proudly presented by Highlands Oncology Group. This event is a leisurely, family-friendly bike ride along the Razorback Regional Greenway. The course is 13.1 miles and will begin and end at Highlands Oncology Group. When you finish the ride, there will be family fun, including food and ice cream trucks, beverages, chair massages, bike/helmet fittings, and a DJ.

WHEN? Saturday, October 7th. Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m. and the ride will start at approximately 10:30 a.m. All festivities will conclude by 1:00 p.m.

WHERE? The ride will begin and end at Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers (808 S. 52nd St.).

WHY? All proceeds will benefit the Cancer Challenge and be used to advocate and support world-class cancer care in Northwest Arkansas. Funds are used to benefit programs that focus on cancer prevention/education,...

This non-profit race is co-presented by The Spark Foundation and the Fayetteville Firefighter's Association. Proceeds benefit organizations that meet community needs, increase fitness opportunities, and make Northwest Arkansas a great place to live, work, and play.

The event is a one-day comprehensive program that highlights the most important and up-to-date information on tax law. The event is aimed at tax professionals and attendees will qualify for 8 hours of CPE credit and 7 hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics.

The Marine Corps Birthday Ball, sponsored by the Northwest Arkansas Marine Corps League, will be held Nov. 10, 2017 at the Holiday Inn in Springdale, Ark. The ball is open to all; whether civilian, active duty or prior military.

The event begins at 6 p.m. and will offer dinner, dancing, a silent auction, along with a formal ceremony to recognize the 242nd anniversary of the United States Marine Corps.

Funds raised from the ball and its silent auction will go to support veterans programs in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding area.
