Dr. Travis Jenkins celebrates 40 years of service with Ozark Guidance.

Ozark Guidance is pleased to honor Dr. Travis Jenkins for his 40 years of service to Northwest Arkansas with a celebration at Legacy Bank in Springdale on Thursday, November 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Dr. Jenkins was the fifth employee at Ozark Guidance and during that time has helped thousands of people in Northwest Arkansas. He is currently the Chief Medical Officer Emeritus at Ozark Guidance. We want to thank Dr. Jenkins for his years of service and dedication to saving and changing lives of all those in our community. The public is invited to attend the drop-in event on Thursday.

Dr. Jenkins in professionally affiliated with the American Psychiatric Association, Arkansas Psychiatric Society and the American College of Physician Executives. He is also associated with the Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville.

He was the recipient of an Exemplary Psychiatrist Award from the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. In April 1999, the American Board of Forensic Medicine awarded Dr. Jenkins Diplomat status.
